How to Cook Vegetable Biryani

Vegetable Biryani is an Asian food and is becoming favorite to many countries too with more speed. Biryani is such a delicious food which is liked by most of the people when they eat it once. Follow the following instructions wisely to cook vegetable biryani.

Ingredients to Cook Vegetable Biryani

  • 200g Basmati Rice
  • 5g Cinnamon
  • 5g Clove
  • 5g large Cardamom
  • Laurus Nobilis (according to taste)
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 cup Cauliflower (chopped)
  • ½ cup Pea seeds
  • ½ cup Bean seeds
  • 2-3 teaspoons of Oil
  • 5g Cumin
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic paste
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 15g Coriander powder
  • 15g Garam Masala
  • 35g Cottage Cheese
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 75g Butter
  • Green Coriander for garnishing

 

Instructions

  • Boil rice along with cinnamon, cardamom, clove and lauris nobilis.
  • When rice rot then filter them and place them aside.

  • Now chop carrots in cubes and boil along with cauliflower, peas and beans. Place them aside.

  • After that heat oil in a pan and fry cumin, paste of garlic and ginger and chopped onion. Even become golden in color.

 

  • Now put boiled vegetables in it and also put powder of cumin, coriander and garam masala.

  • Cook for few minutes then put cottage cheese in it and mix finely.
  • Now apply first layer of half rice in a kettle, after that put mixture of vegetables on top.

  • Then take remaining rice and garnish with saffron, butter and green coriander.
  • Put lid on kettle and place it to stove on light fire.
  • Delicious vegetable biryani is ready, eat the hot hot vegetable biryani.
